Personal responsibility, but where did the team go?!
The responsibility is personal, says both Veliaj and R...

Corrupt affairs in the government and in the Municipality of Tirana have caused quite a shock in society. It is not that the people were disappointed because they knew them, the leaders, as puritans.
On the contrary, the tin has fallen to them with time and food and they have appeared naked with their greed and gluttony. What has created surprise is the ease, the routine with which the hands are deeply involved in the taxes of the Albanians, without having to follow a daily work calendar.
Further, this duo, Rama and Veliaj, increase the irritation to the point of revolt, not taking responsibility, while they are the architects of the system, its managers and controllers.
By nature and behavior, both have an oppressive authority, as they have a passion for exercising absolute power.
So they have not left a single bit of freedom or cracks for any current to blow, or for someone in their dependence to act autonomously, in his mind.
Even less the most important directors in the case of Veliaj, or ministers, vice-prime ministers, or general directors, in the case of Rama.
No plum falls of its own accord and someone grabs it behind the wings, as it is an exclusive tree of Rama and Veliaj, they are the gardeners and guardians.
The plum falls only with their permission and blessing.
No one would dare sneak their hands to grab the forbidden fruit in this heavily guarded garden.
So, even the coordinated apology on Saturday at noon, that everyone else is to blame, but them, I don't drink water anymore.
Corrupt acts of this magnitude with tens of millions of euros in a normal society cause trauma and the people immediately come to the fore, as they have been betrayed and the trust they have given has been violated.
Above all, there are some social sensors that react first. They are publicists, civil society organizations, those factors that have a voice, have a role and that protect the public interest.
Unfortunately, this is not happening with us. This is a second drama, perhaps as big as the theft of public funds.
Our screens and social networks are full of critics who react when they see any injustice, wrongdoing. Yes, they are silent and closed their mouths when Erjon Veliaj is caught in abuse, when Edi Rama fights in violence.
This silence makes them guilty. Because it is the choice they make. They scream about some phenomena of society, and they do well, they ironize and sting up and down, even television shows, but they don't say a word when the worst ignominy happens, such as corruption in the government and in the municipality.
In this way, they bless, protect this thievery.
Why? Everyone has an interest, have a project, have someone employed? Are they all connected somewhere with a benefit?
I wouldn't want to believe it. But shutting them up is a very strong argument.
This is debilitating. So this country needs change even more. A new order, where civil society, publicists, those who have a role, a public voice, will be freed. They do the country the service that they can and it is their responsibility to do./ CNA
