Parliamentary round between the Democrats
Democratic Deputies of Reestablishment will hand over ...

Today marks 32 years since March 22, 1992, when Skënderbej square was filled with the cries of 2 million Albanians "We love Albania like all of Europe", a dream so joyful for thousands of Albanian families who had paid for freedom with blood, with corpses and who had believed in their ideals that the day would come when those killed by the dictatorship would find peace, this day was sad only for the executioners of communism.
For the first time, Albanians voted freely. For that vote they had sacrificed their lives. In the haunted eyes of half a century, Albanians see the joy of this day, when the massacred right, tired of the communist genocide, shifted its homeland towards Europe, towards freedom, towards the Euro-Atlantic future.
That the anti-communist revolution "triumphed"
And we Albanians believed in the truth of the date March 22, 1992. The credibility of the Democratic Party from us anti-communists was great, we believed that the judicial processes against the crimes of communism would begin, even today, after 32 years, the crimes of communism are required to be condemned by law which is also supported by religious communities, but the Albanian opposition, as it has done for 32 years, continues its silence by joining the dictator's party, these crimes should not be condemned.
The Albanian Labor Party would be condemned as a criminal organization that had committed genocide against Albanians with the force of violence and for the destruction of age-old traditions and customs.
Real owners would enjoy their property. That the anti-communist rebels, destroyed for up to three generations, would not only have humane treatment, but would also be in the co-governance of the country in a democratic system, to build the new free and "democratic" Albania with the infamous slogans "co-sufferer and co-culpator" ” turned into a
total commitment of state capture by state security agents and the privileges of the dictatorship.
When we were waiting for the files of the communist executioners to be opened so that the society would know about the macabre crimes, the so-called "democratic" government started to release the files of the victims tortured with inhumane methods from the security of the communist state. They outlawed a Communist Party that was created in 1991, and applauded the change of the name of the Albanian Labor Party to the Socialist Party. Law 7501 was enforced, which deprived the owners of their rights and transferred ownership to the former communists who
had destroyed the property.
They called "vindictive" the words of Professor Arrshi Pipa, who returned to his homeland after 4 decades, when he declared in Rinas that the political bureau and its leader Ramiz Alia should be punished for the inhumane crimes they had committed against the Albanian people. The institutions of the democratic state were replaced by the most privileged elements of the communist dictatorship.
The entire state machinery was used against the class that had suffered, to present it to the international community, that they should be careful that they will take "revenge" and after a hunger strike that the political prisoners carried out, they used violence just like their communist predecessors. , and for the unpaid work they had done in the concentration camps of Spaçi and Qaf-Bari, they gave securities, while in order to privilege communism, the palaces were privatized with a ridiculous amount, making them legal owners with 100 dollars entrance fees. while the real owners dragged them through the courts, leaving the carpets in their hands and getting rich as judges of
communism.
No survivors of the dictatorship were allowed and continue to not be allowed to lead state or constitutional institutions. The class war took on "democratic" proportions no longer in the name of the party but in the name of the "democratic" state. When we expect the executioners to give an account before the court, they give an account of how much coffee they have wasted.
When we expected the crimes of communism to be punished by law, the leadership used the slogan "Down with Communism" and the communist party turned into a socialist trumpeted every day that human rights and freedoms were being violated, civil society was brought into a transmission belt to protect the party socialist communist. The democratic party violated every right
that the anti-communists had by calling them extremists and with this action it protected the devilish platform of not punishing the communist dictatorship by law.
Today we have turned into a powerless people from a forced inability to change this situation we are in, from the
continuous deformation of the vote and from the iron frameworks that the system has created in determining it.
With the agreement of 2008, pluralism and free vote were removed. This election system became a favorable ground for the birth, vegetation and luxuriance of "democratic" communism, which today is lost without a god, redeemed in the Sahara desert of Albanian politics. knejna, our literature is made by graphomaniacs, NGOs are led by communist militants, politics by bandits, economy by the mafia, clerks in the treasury, mythomaniacs are regarded as scholars, graphomaniacs as writers, newspapers and televisions are full of scoundrels who brag about themselves and each other.
"... The political crap that reared its head after the shameful collapse of communism is a serious but temporary wound. Albania deserves more than pulling the "chair" in power, and profiting from corruption.
Albania deserves a free country and a friend, free from fear, especially government fear, and free from hunger, unemployment and poverty.... Albania deserves an open, transparent and respectful political system for every free citizen. Albania deserves a name to be respected by the outside world. Albania deserves this respect because it has paid for the duty that you put on its shoulders, a wild history that was imposed on the Albanians without their consent. Albania deserves a happy and promising future because it has shed blood like a river.
But this answer, whenever it comes, must be general, universal in its meaning. An answer that has purely personal dimensions is "limited" and denies the character of universality of the great "Evil" called communism.
However, this citizenship that we desire requires the punishment of crime, the punishment of the criminal, and the establishment of a justice system that ensures equality for all, without exception. This is the key to the deep dissatisfaction that we all have: justice in Albania has failed, crime has not he is convicted, and the criminal walks freely in our cities and villages without fear of responsibility for his criminal act.
The "power" of the decision has dealt with one of the most basic duties of government: the enforcement of justice against communist crime. There is no room for discussion on this point. Allow the communist criminals to live without giving account of the monstrous crimes they have committed at the expense of our people, it means deny the existence of these crimes, it means that there is no anti-communist resistance, there is no arrest, tortured, convicted, interned, there are no more than
10,000 shot, who today do not have a grave.
This is not the Albania we fought for.
This is not the democratic Albania, the Albania of the free citizen for which we have dreamed. March 22, 2024, 32 years of deception to the Albanian people by this political class that has nothing in common with democracy. Today, on March 22, we remember the call of Mother Teresa, who today is Saint Teresa, when in Rinas in 1997 she said: O God, remove the curse from the Albanian people!
