I believe everyone is glad that parliamentary activity will return to normality.

But after entering the discussions between the parties, I am surprised by these repeated statements that we will not touch the reform laws in justice. They are either ill-thought-out statements or a forced conveyance of the attitude of the international community that we have no work to do with justice reform alone.

The internationals know better than anyone that the reform laws have been affected several times so far, and need to be improved again. Because from the practical application of these laws, essential problems have been identified, which apparently were not evaluated as deeply and fairly as they should be, both by the international experts and the local ones who accompanied them.

The latter, that is, the local experts, in the majority we also have direct implementers in the positions they have taken in the system, right?

They are the same ones who, in the role of a senior expert, drafted the laws incorrectly, while today, in the role of the implementer, in practice they demand improvements to the reform laws, while the political parties declare that they will not touch these laws, without the agreement of the international community.

Great hypocrisy, this work.

That there is a need for intervention, this does not take much thought. Because the judicial system is in functional collapse and this is accepted by the governing bodies of justice.

The internationals don't say anything when it's fixed, but don't put your hands in to ruin it even worse.

Therefore, these statements that we do not affect the reform laws, I think that they are not needed, especially by political actors, as the idea is created that the Assembly, even though changes have been requested by KLGj, KLP, PP, etc., will continue to do nothing about the delays and the crisis of functionality in the judicial system.
