Today, the judge of the Special Court of Appeal against Corruption and Organized Crime, Florjan Kalaja, promoted his new book "Constitutional Dilemma III".

The book "Constitutional Dilemma III" comes with 15 chapters, after 5 years from the publication of the second volume and after 7 years from the publication of the first volume of this copyright periodical, the judge of the Special Court of Appeal against Corruption and Crime Organized, Florjan Kalaja.

The book is a publication that generally deals with judicial practice issues always placed in the perspective of constitutional law standards.

The book is a summary and selection of judicial issues accumulated as professional experience during the exercise of the duties of a judge in the Durrës Court of Appeal, in the Shkodër Court of Appeal and in the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime.
