The mountain partridge is one of the birds that lives in the mountains of Albania.

Recently, the mountain quail has been photographed by trap cameras installed by the Protected Areas Agency.

It was documented in the area of ??Elbasan. ADZM Elbasan informs that the mountain partridge, unlike the field partridge, has a white neck and a black part at the exit of the beak.
