Company, hotel and villas /Millan Radoicic's wealth reaches the figure of

Five companies, business premises, a hotel in Kopaonik, a villa in an elite part of Belgrade - all this in Serbia is officially owned by Milan Radoicic, according to research by Radio Free Europe.

Radoicic, who publicly claimed responsibility for the armed attack on Kosovo police in the village of Banjska, shares ownership of that property with businessman Zvonko Vesselinovic from northern Kosovo and his brother Zharkon.

Companies operating from it earned over 24.5 million euros in 2022 alone, according to financial reports analyzed by REL.

Valid contracts have been concluded with the state - with cities in Serbia and various public enterprises.

Just three days after the armed attack in the north of Kosovo, their company took over the construction of a bridge near Kraleva, worth about one million euros.

The Government of Serbia and the competent ministry until the publication of the text did not answer REL's questions on what basis the companies of Radoicic and the Vesselinovic brothers won the tenders.

There is no answer to the question of whether the cooperation with the state is terminated after Radoici was identified as the organizer of the attack in Banjska.

Companies owned by Vesselinovic and Radoicic did not respond to questions about operations and assets.

Even before the attack on the Kosovo police on September 24, which was described as a terrorist act in Pristina, the Kosovar authorities connected Millan Radoici? with criminal activities. Zvonko Vesellinoviqi is also connected to the crime in Kosovo.

But Serbia, which does not recognize the independence of Kosovo, does not recognize the accusations of the Kosovo authorities either.

The attack in Banjska is not treated as terrorism and Radoiçiqi is not charged with the murder of the policeman Afrim Bunjaku in the proceedings before the High Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade.

Among the suspected crimes are causing public danger and illegal possession of weapons.

Official Belgrade has also decided not to implement the sanctions of the United States of America and Great Britain against Radoicic and Vesselinovic, because there are no international obligations for this.

They were blacklisted by the US in December 2021 on suspicion of organized crime and corruption.

The company's assets are almost 40 million euros

Millan Radoicic, together with Zvonko and Zharko Vesselinovic, is officially registered under his name as the owner of a company - "Inkop" from Cyprus in central Serbia.

"Inkop" as the parent company, owns four other companies that develop different activities - from construction, hotel management, to traffic.

The real estate and equipment of these five companies is worth at least 38 million euros, according to financial reports for 2022, available on the website of the Agency for Business Registers of Serbia (APR).

Road construction is the most profitable business

Muret e larta, kamerat dhe rojet e sigurisë fshehin një vilë prej gati 500 metrash katrorë në një zonë elitare të Beogradit nga sytë e publikut.

Një vilë me pishinë dhe një truall me 15 ari pranë stadiumit të futbollit Cërvena Zvezda janë në pronësi të kompanisë “Inkop”.

Çmimi mesatar për metër katror për shtëpitë në atë komunë të Beogradit është rreth katër mijë euro, bazuar në të dhënat e Agjencisë për patundshmëri për vitin 2023.

Kjo do të thotë se vila në pronësi të Radoiçiqit dhe vëllezërve Vesellinoviq do të kushtonte së paku dy milionë euro në treg.

Kontratë me shtetin pas sulmit në Banjskë

Tri ditë pas sulmit ndaj Policisë së Kosovës në Banjskë, kompania “Novi Pazar-put”, pronarët përfundimtarë të së cilës janë Millan Radoiçiq dhe vëllezërit Vesellinoviq, kanë marrë një punë nga shteti.

Kompania publike “Putevi Srbije”(Rrugët e Serbisë) më 27 shtator ia besoi asaj ndërmarrjeje ndërtimin e urës në Adrane afër Kralevës, me vlerë rreth një milion euro.

REL-i pyeti kompaninë publike “Putevi Srbije”pse ia besoi punën kompanisë “Novi Pazar-put” dhe nëse vendimi është rishqyrtuar pas sulmit të armatosur në Banjskë të organizuar nga Radoiçiqi. Ata u përgjigjën se Ligji për Prokurimin Publik “nuk parasheh rishikimin e vendimit për dhënie të kontratës” në atë rast.

Ata shprehen gjithashtu se “nuk ka rëndësi se kush është pronari i kompanisë që merr pjesë në prokurimet publike”.

“Novi Pazar-put” është në pronësi të “Inkop”-it, gjegjësisht Radoiçiqit dhe Vesellinoviqit, që nga janari i vitit 2020.
