The civil emergency situation in the territory of Shkodra Region appears generally stable and improving. According to information reported by the municipalities and responsible institutions, the water level has shown a downward trend in recent hours.

In the territory of Shkodra, the situation has stabilized. In the Obot area, there is still water, mainly on agricultural land, but with a tendency to decrease. The road axis that connects the village of Obot with the main road has a water level of about 40–45 cm. High-pass vehicles have been deployed in the area, which will intervene as needed. So far, no homes have been reported to be surrounded by water.

According to data from the Lezha Irrigation and Drainage Directorate, water levels at monitoring points remain below critical levels. The lake level is recorded at 7.90 meters, while the Drin River level is at 7.70 meters, both with a downward trend compared to previous measurements. No problems are reported in the drainage channels, protective embankments or the Shtodri reservoir dam.

On the Bogë-Theth road axis, the rains have stopped and the road has been cleared and widened up to the Qafë Thores area, near the first tunnel. The relevant structures remain on standby for any possible intervention.

Meanwhile, in the municipalities of Vau i Dejës, Malësi e Madhe, Pukë and Fushë-Arrëz, the situation appears stable and under control, with no reports of emergencies.

The Prefect of Shkodra District, in cooperation with the responsible structures, continues monitoring on the ground to guarantee a rapid response if necessary./ CNA
