The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, who is in the cells of the Durrës prison, 48 hours ago made a request to the Special Court, which it is not known who signed, as a 77-page document with 175 points was published in Veliaj's media and there is no signature, neither from the lawyers nor from the mayor himself.

One of the points, namely point 135, states that prosecutor Ols Dado obtained a building permit for the Municipality of Tirana and then requested an extension to the permit, which was refused.

While in point 136 of the document without a seal and signature, Erion treats this as a matter of "revenge" on the part of prosecutor Ols Dado, since, according to him, he was not granted a construction permit for the addition after he made a request.

These remain within the scope of Veliaj's and his media's claims, as we have not seen any request for an addition to the permit nor a refusal.

Therefore, we as the media will ask Veliaj every 24 hours to release the request of prosecutor Ols Dado and the refusal of permission.

It has now been 48 hours since the publication of the unsigned document and neither Veliaj nor Mero Baze have released the request for permission from prosecutor Ols Dado nor the rejection of this request.

When will Erion Veliaj and Mero Baze publish the request made by Ols Dado?

We will remind them again tomorrow, because they said that the prosecutor has a conflict of interest because he made a request for an additional fee on top of the one with permission.

We haven't seen Ols Dada's request. When will they publish it?
