The concession company itself, a few weeks ago in an explanation to the public, said that it had invested about 30 million dollars in the Tirana incinerator.

The construction permit was obtained in 2019. So, 38.5 million euros, according to the company, should have been paid from 2019 to 2020.

The pandemic happened, from 2021 to 2022 or from 2022 to 2023, only 30 million dollars of investments were paid in the total of 6 years, according to the company itself.

38.5 million euros should have been invested only in the first year and 40 million in the second year, in two years 80 million euros should have been invested. The company in 6 years, as it declares itself, has invested simply and only 30 million euros from the income it had, as it also declares a profit in these 6 years of about 25-30 million dollars. So the value of the profit is close to that of the investment.

Meanwhile, in the first two years, he should have invested more than two and a half times the value that the company itself has declared. We are faced with the fact of non-respect and non-implementation of the concession contract by the company "Integrated Energy BV SVP", which itself declares that it has invested 30 million dollars, while in any way you count the years, from 2017 to 2019 , before the pandemic or after the pandemic, he should have invested no less than 80 million euros.
