He was called for the issue of incinerators/ Journalist Fundo reveals what he submitted to SPAK

Journalist Elvi Fundo revealed in an interview for the "Review" show on Euronews Albania, the documents submitted by him to SPAK regarding the issue of incinerators.

Fundo said that after appearing on a television show, where he published documents related to the issue of incinerators, SPAK investigators arrived at his office and asked him to hand over the documents.

He added that he submitted to the Special Prosecutor's Office materials that are not related to the Ahmetaj file, but to the Tirana incinerator.

Because he had signed a statement to keep the investigation secret, he chose not to give too many details.

"I was asked with a request to hand over the materials that I published on a TV show.

Two SPAK officers appeared, friendly and ethical, and with a lot of professionalism they asked for my documents. I made available the documents that I published in "Opinion".

The documents that I submitted are not related to the Ahmetaj case, because the Ahmetaj file is a separate file and the incinerator file is a separate file. Elbasan's file is separate, Fier's is separate, but I have submitted the documents for Tirana. Documents related to e-mails, sales, purchases of company shares and that permission was not obtained from the Albanian government", said Fundo./ Euronews Albania
