SPAK, dozens of arrest warrants for the Ahmetaj file

SPAK has turned to the court, requesting dozens of arrest warrants, for the people included in the investigation file against Arben Ahmetaj , the file that started as an investigation into the incinerators and abuse of office, then was passed as a file where the entire history was investigated and the political and public activity of Arben Ahmetaj.

According to the claim made by Ahmetaj himself and his lawyers, SPAK has investigated every property, asset and activity of the last 25 years.

After the investigations, the Special Structure has sent to the court, to Judge Erion Bani, dozens of requests for arrest warrants.

Among the main names mentioned are Klodian Zoto, Mirel Mërtiri and Arben Ahmetaj, family members of Arben Ahmetaj, people related to him, but also some officials and businessmen.

It is about dozens of businessmen, related to the benefit schemes that SPAK claims that Arben Ahmetaj had, in relation to the issues of assets hidden by him and undeclared, for which SPAK has brought 3 charges against Arben Ahmetaj, it concealment of assets, non-declaration thereof and laundering of proceeds of crime.
