The Constitutional Court rejects Naureda Llagami's request

The Constitutional Court today rejected the request of Judge Naureda Llagami to cancel the voting procedure at the Supreme Court meeting on September 30, where Asim Vokshi was appointed as a member.

Llagami requested that the case be returned for trial to the Administrative Court or that it be reviewed by the Constitutional Court itself.

Earlier, Llagami filed a request with the Constitutional Court, where he expressed doubts about the validity of the process.

Llagami claimed that the 9th vote was deliberately declared invalid, which prevented him from winning the post with a qualified majority of votes./CNA
