The director of AKSHI, Mirlinda Karçanaj, while reporting to the Disinformation Commission on cyber attacks, stated that the purpose of the hackers was to erase all state systems.

Karçanaj said that they managed to isolate everything and only 10% of the systems and data were managed to be hidden.

"Even if the services were not online, the attack aimed to wipe out all the state's systems. Even if citizens continued to be served at physical counters, that is, we would go back to the stone age where citizens did not have any data, they did not exist.
