The General Secretary of the PD Flamur Noka has commented on the appointments of police leaders in the districts.

In a statement to the media, Noka stated that the race was all rigged and that gang soldiers were placed at the head of police departments in the name of crime and against the opposition.

There is no contest, no competition, but only appointment and reward of Ilir Proda and Ardi Veli, of people who will not open trouble in the partnership they have with the gangs, who will share the profits with them and who will fight the opposition in protests and elections.

First on the narco-list is Vilson Bala, the director of Operacionale, who is being rewarded for his links to crime and the terrorist arrest of former president Meta. For those of you who don't know, Bala is a classmate of Proda and a soldier of Neritan Nallbati, who was dismissed precisely for his ties to gangs and crime.

In place of Operational Bala, another soldier of the ruling gang will come, Loard Sallaku, the head of Commissariat No. 2, who, in addition to being connected to crime, is also charged with the high office as a favor to Irena Gjoka, the judge with many surnames. Sallak's wife is Gjoka's secretary at GJKKO.

In Elbasan, the drug competition was won by Elton Alushi, who is known as the hash planter of the Kruja area, when he was the chief of the police station there.

The directors of the police in Korça and Gjirokastër, Erion Ahmeti and Elidon Çela, are also soldiers of Ardi Veli, one of the main realtors of criminal gangs in the country.

The police is full of people like these, in key positions, starting with Uljan Shpataraku, who, when he was the director of Operations, also acted as Elvis Martinaj's bodyguard.

Sule Cara, a close friend of the Director of gangs in the Police, but also a cousin of Ylli Cara, a person with criminal records.

It is the 'Cara of crime' who gave money to director Proda to buy the house. They are listed as loans in the statement of wealth, but you can only imagine how much and how this debt will be returned.

The profiles of district directors and other crime soldiers in key tasks, especially those in important points where large criminal interests move through ports, customs and border points or regional axes, clearly prove what Proda's plan is and why it came the one in charge of the State Police.

To serve the gangs, who together with his corrupt policemen will fight the opposition in the next elections, manipulate the votes and coerce and threaten the voters to keep the "narco-Party" in power, with or without grace. Edi Rama.

Any appointment of these narco-policemen at the head of districts and honest policemen of the State Police is a threat to public order and the state itself.

The Democratic Party has only one message: the links of crime with the police and the government will be severed and all the perpetrators and beneficiaries of this scheme will receive the answer and punishment they deserve.
