Businessman Ilir Rrapaj is testifying in the commission of inquiry on sterilization.
Asked by the chairman of the commission Albana Vokshi how he met the former Deputy Minister of Health Klodian Rrjepaj, the businessman said that he met during an activity of the Albanian government in 2013.
