Businessman Ilir Rrapaj

The businessman Ilir Rrapaj was asked in the Investigative Commission for the Sterilization Concession regarding the joint trips with the former minister Ilir Beqaj, which are mentioned in the SPAK file.

This question has provoked a debate between the chairperson of the commission, Albana Vokshi, the lawyer of Rrapaj and the socialist Plarent Ndreca.

The lawyer and Ndreca objected to Vokshi's question, while the latter persistently demanded an answer.

Rrapaj stated that the trips were official and the ministry of Beqaj put the car at his disposal.
