Even Elon Musk is involved in the issue of illegal immigrants who are brought from Italy to Albania.

"These judges must leave", commented the American billionaire in a post on X reporting the news about the decision of the Court of Rome that ordered the return of 7 other immigrants from the reception centers in Gjadër of Lezha.

The moderator of a program on platform X, Mario Nawfal, writes that the court is blocking Prime Minister Georgia Meloni's plan for the immigration detention center in Albania. It is specified that the refugees were from Bangladesh and Egypt.

"The plan, developed with Albania to mitigate the flow of immigrants to Italy, aims to relocate up to 36 thousand immigrants per year. The cost is 800 million euros for 5 years", says Nawfal, in an article quoted by the Financial Times.

However, he points out that the plan in question is facing obstacles and strong criticism for the high cost. This prompted the reaction of Elon Musk, who also has a friendly relationship with the Italian prime minister.

A day ago, the Court of Rome ordered the return to Italy of 7 immigrants who had settled in Gjadër according to the Rama-Meloni agreement.

The Court of Rome considered illegal the sending of 7 immigrants to Gjadera and sent for interpretation to the Court of Justice of the European Union the decree issued by the Italian Government for the redefinition of safe places.

This is the second decision of the same court against the Meloni government, after the one on October 18, where it ordered the return to Italy of the first 12 immigrants who arrived in Albania, according to the agreement signed between the Albanian and Italian governments last year./ CNA
