Journalist Elvi Fundo was officially notified by the court on Friday, September 27, also through the law firm that represents him, that "Acromax", represented by its CEO, Aldor Nini, has lost four lawsuits against the journalist in Köln at the Scale of First of Germany.

A few weeks ago, the company "Acromax" was seeking the copyright of some sequences in various videos used by CNA media, against the journalist Elvi Fundo.

In fact, 1 of the cases was withdrawn by "Acromax" and yesterday the Court announced the decision in favor of journalist Elvi Fundo for 4 other cases.

The Köln court asked the parties to reach an agreement beforehand. Fundo's proposed settlement was not agreed to by Acromax and Acromax demanded, among other things, that Fundo agree that in the future all legal disputes between it and Aldor Ninit personally be brought before a German court in accordance with German law.

According to Fundo's lawyer, this is unreasonable and a misuse of the law. Moreover, the intention of such a request is likely to be clear: "Acromax" and its CEO wanted to personally attack the journalist Elvi Fundo, although he had no legal responsibility in this matter.

According to the Court's decision, the cases were won by the journalist Elvi Fundo and so far in the German courts/prosecutors' offices there is no lost criminal trial or sentence related to the company "Acromax". The opposite is true, "Acromax" has made unfair accusations against the journalist Elvi Fundo and their executive director has lied before the court.

On the other hand, for most of the reports made by "Acromax", CNA media has authorizations from the main televisions in the country such as "TV Klan", "Vizion Plus", "ABC News", "Euronews", and "Syri TV" for rights to use their content, which supports the suspicion that "Acromax" was not interested in protecting copyright in the above cases.

Another fact that supports this suspicion is that the attacks started after CNA published a very important material in June 2024 about an incident that happened with the citizen Aldo Nini, a sensitive issue for his daughter, while previously CNA also published the fact of a scandal about the harassment that the CEO of "Acromax", Aldor Nini, has done to his ex-fiancée, a citizen of SB

CNA has also brought facts that soon the court of Tirana is expected to conduct the court session for the accusation of persecution against the citizen Aldor Nini.

All these publications against citizen Aldor Nini caused abusive reports of CNA accounts on social networks by "Acromax", whose CEO is Aldor Nini. So, for his personal affairs, he was abusing the trust of "Acromax" customers, and this is not the first time he has done it.

For some time, CNA's accounts on social networks had problems and some were closed, but it was the synergy and strong intervention of some of the most important European and world media organizations, journalists' associations, which informed "Meta" and Google about the abuse. The actions of "Acromax" not by ensuring the rights of its customers, but by trying to threaten the free speech of the media. After these actions, most of the CNA channels were restored. The return of the channel to "YouTube" is now expected after the court decision.

From all these recent developments, it is shown once again that "Acromax" reports in an abusive manner on the damage of the free speech of the media and furthermore attacks people personally, without following the proper legal channels.

Through some facts it can be assumed that the false and defamatory news was initiated by "Acromax" for some anonymous local portals, showing the intention that all this trial and claims were not about protecting customers, but attacking CNA's media. and its owner, the journalist Elvi Fundo with the sole reason of what is published about the citizen Aldor Nini. However, the fake news and the corresponding portals will be deleted separately in the relevant instances, in Albania and abroad.

In the next step, all the necessary documents will be published and made transparent to the public, and all the perpetrators of the attack and the unjust and untrue accusations against the journalist Elvi Fundo and the CNA media will be brought to justice.

CNA media itself is consulting with several international organizations, professional studios related to media law are also attached, which are expected to soon build the appropriate reports for the company "Acromax" and for the citizen Aldor Nini, who has misused his office. his as CEO of "Acromax" for personal affairs./ CNA
