Deputy Ervin Salianji a day ago was sentenced to one year in prison by the Court of Appeal. In the "MCN TV" studio, Salianji said that he had taken over the case, since Lulzim Basha was the chairman, Enkelejd Alibeaj had another case and Gazment Bardhi was not a deputy.

"When you made the statement, weren't you the only one? Was there also Gazment Bardhi, were there three of you? Gaz Bardhi was not a member of parliament at that time. Enkelejd Alibeaj had a process of his own cohabitation, Basha was party chairman and that's how I took it over," said Salianji.

What harm would there be if the denunciation was made by Gazment Bardhi, who was not an MP.
