Bulqiza police have referred the materials to SPAK regarding Xhelal Mziu and his nephew EM, 36, after they are suspected of hitting a 33-year-old man.

The incident occurred yesterday in the village of Ostren after an electoral meeting.

The man and his nephew are accused of the criminal offense of "Threat or violence against election participants."

" Bulqizë/Crime Investigation Specialists of the Bulqizë Police Commissariat referred the materials to SPAK, for the criminal offense "Threat or violence against election participants", for citizens Xh. M., 58 years old and EM, 36 years old, uncle and nephew, both residents of Tirana, because at around 13:00 on 24.04.2025, after an electoral meeting held by the political entity "Democratic Party", in the village of Ostren, they are suspected of punching citizen KM, 33 years old, resident of Shupenza, in the outdoor premises of the Ostren administrative unit", the police announced./ CNA
