GJKKO confiscates the apartment of the former member of the Constitutional Court

The Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, with a panel composed of Judge Flora Hajredinaj, based on articles 3, 4, 6, 7, 11, 12, 21, 22, 24, 27 point 2 et seq. of Law No. 10192, dated 03.12.2009 “On the prevention and suppression of organized crime, trafficking, corruption and other crimes through preventive measures against property” (as amended), with decision No. 5, dated 24.04.2025, decided:

1. Confiscation of immovable property (apartment) with an area of ??60 m2, registered in the name of citizen LD, seized by decision no. 08, dated 20.04.2021 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, and its transfer in favor of the state, ordering the immediate execution of this decision.

2. The court secretary is ordered to send a copy of it to the Agency for the Administration of Sequestered and Confiscated Assets, for the immediate execution of the decision.

3. Court costs as incurred.

4. An appeal against this decision is allowed within 15 (fifteen) days from the day after the notification of the reasoned decision, to the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime./ CNA
