The hearing for the "Partizani" file is postponed / Lawyers requested the disqualification of the judge

Today, the Special Court held a hearing on the "Partizani" case. The hearing was postponed because all defendants requested the disqualification of the judge in the case, Flojera Davidhi.

Attorney Genc Gjokutaj said after the hearing that the judge's disqualification was requested because her decision was biased. Gjokutaj announced that the next hearing is scheduled for May 5, at 11:30.

" Yesterday we requested sufficient time to consult with our clients. All parties unanimously decided to request the disqualification of Judge Flojera Davidhi, for the obvious bias in her decision. A judicial chaos, which without explaining the reasons, made an unjust decision. Today we filed a written request for disqualification. The session was adjourned because the judge cannot make a decision without a willing judge expressing his opinion. The session was adjourned for May 5, at 11:30 ," said Gjokutaj./ CNA
