Amnesty/ Ilir Beqaj, also sterilized SPAK!

The head of the FRPD, Besart Xhaferri, described the security measure as "compulsion to appear" and "the ban on leaving the territory of Albania" for the former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj, as an amnesty.

Xhaferri says that SPAK has not followed a standard in the investigation and judgment of the biggest affairs in the country, such as that of sterilization and incinerators.

He declares on social networks that a different standard was followed with Ilir Beqaj and a different standard with former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj.

The head of the democratic youth emphasizes that if this file is not finalized with the prison sentence of Ilir Beqaj, the new justice is sterilized and Albanians must take their fate into their own hands!

SPAK has decided to grant amnesty to the former Minister of Health Ilir Beqaj, who will be investigated under the mandatory security measure with appearance and travel ban in connection with the "Sterilization Concession" file.

This ten-year concession will cost the Albanians a full 100 million euros, as the investigations proved that Ilir Beqja designed this tender so that his friend, the construction businessman in Italy Ilir Rrapaj, would win it, with a company with zero experience in this field.

In terms of violations, the sterilization tender is similar to the incinerator tenders, where Rama's ministers used their authority, so that through VKM, proposals and laws, these tenders were tailor-made suits for certain individuals.

After former minister Beqaj and businessman Rrapaj signed the 10-year concession contract for nearly 100 million dollars in December 2015, according to SPAK, they made a series of air flights to Italy accompanied by former deputy minister Klodian Rrjepaj together with administrators of the winning company in 2016 and 2017.

Another standard followed SPAK in relation to Ilir Beqaj and another standard chose to follow SPAK with Arben Ahmetaj.

The concessions in health have committed genocide on the taxes of the state budget and above all they have committed genocide in relation to the lives of Albanians, who have lost their lives at the doors of hospitals due to the lack of doctors and lack of equipment, or the lack of subsidies for cures abroad.

If this file is not finalized with Ilir Beqaj's prison sentence, the new justice is sterilized and Albanians must take their fate into their own hands!/ CNA
