After setting the security measure with mandatory appearance and ban on leaving the country, journalist Klodiana Lala has revealed that SPAK has also requested a property investigation for former minister Ilir Beqaj.

According to journalist Beqaj, he is suspected of having committed other violations, mentioning the clinical fund.

The journalist emphasizes that, when the calculations were made, the expenses increased drastically and Beqaj should have found this violation.

"The former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj, is accused of the criminal offense of 'abuse of duty carried out in cooperation', and as a result SPAK has imposed the measure of 'obligation to appear' and 'prohibition to leave the country', against him. Every Friday at 15:30 he must appear at the court premises and if he leaves he will need permission from the court. If the court does not give permission, then he cannot go out.
