The head of the DP group, Gazment Bardhi, has announced that they are ready to vote in favor of the Criminal Amnesty.

In the statement to the media, Bardhi stated that except for persons who have been convicted or accused by the GJKKO, they will not have the opportunity to reduce their sentence or to be prosecuted.

If the conditions that have been sent to the Assembly are met, then the DP parliamentary group is ready to vote in favor of Criminal Amnesty.

"Another point that has been part of the public discussion, regarding the persons convicted or accused by the GJKKO or what is known as the category we asked not to benefit from the amnesty.

No person who is tried by GJKKO will be able to benefit from the reduction of the sentence or the possibility of being prosecuted.

This is the willingness and the pro-vote of the DP as far as the amnesty is concerned", said Bardhi./ CNA
