The head of the FRPD, Besart Xhaferri, has reacted again to the accusations leveled against former Prime Minister Sali Berisha regarding the privatization of the former "Partizani" complex.

Xhaferri compares the case of "Partizan" with the Port of Durrës and says that in both cases different standards are being used.

He declares that the construction project in the Port of Durrës is the biggest theft of public property.

The head of the FRPD emphasizes that the comparison of government decisions on the issues of the former "Partizani" complex and the Port of Durrës to understand how Prime Minister Edi Rama had to be in prison.

Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, today is the target of SPAK only for the fact that the former owners were given the opportunity to take their properties usurped by the communist regime, while among the thousands of beneficiaries of this fair law is his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi, successor of one of the big doors of the capital Tirana.

Anyone who has read the file understands that the position of Prime Minister Sali Berisha has been principled, and from those fair decisions of that government, an injustice of about 60 years has been undone, and every official communication is transparent and accessible, since the discussions were held in the government meeting and not at Nusret's restaurants in Dubai.

The question that every honest Albanian asks himself is should Prime Minister Rama be under investigation for the affair of the Port of Durres, since the "Alabbar" construction project is the biggest theft of public property, the corruption is most disturbing and arrogant that this government ever did.

This affair exceeds both the incinerators and the destructive PPP in health and infrastructure, but despite the genocide on Albanian taxes, Rama is not called by SPAK.

Through this affair, Edi Rama and Alabbar stole the most valuable asset of Durres and all of Albania, the Port of Durres.

Prime Minister Edi Rama forgave Alabbari 231 million euros, exempting him from taxes, which money he takes from the citizens of Durrës.

This affair violates all the laws of the country, as Rama himself proudly declared that he gave Alabbar the territory of 1.5 million square meters of construction.
