Berisha does not go to the session/ Sends the lawyer to GJKKO

Only a few minutes are left from the start of the court session at GJKKO for former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, who has been placed under "obligation to appear" for the issue of the privatization of the former "Partizani" complex.

While he was supposed to be in court, Berisha is holding a conference with journalists from the blue headquarters.

But just a few moments ago, his defense lawyer, Genc Gjokutaj, who will represent Berisha, arrived at GJKKO just a few minutes ago.

Berisha previously hinted that he would not go to the session, as he considers the "mandatory appearance" measure to be an unconstitutional decision, while the charges brought by SPAK claim to have a political background./ CNA
