The deputy of the Democratic Party, Edi Paloka, has reacted in relation to the accusations raised by SPAK against former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and the latter's son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltez.

Paloka says on social networks that "independent" justice follows the postulate of Prime Minister Edi Rama: "Saliu is to blame!"

He mentions the history of the privatization of the "Republika" cinema and declares that Rama, at that time the Minister of Culture, gave the business to one of the businessmen close to him.

The deputy raises accusations that after taking over the Municipality of Tirana, Rama changed the destination of the "Republika" cinema, now called "Millenium" and built a tower instead.

This is the "independent" justice that is putting an end to "impunity"; Rama signs and Berisha is accused??!! Justice that has turned its postulate "The law is equal for everyone" into Rama's postulate: "Sali is to blame"!

I am not dealing with all the scandals, corruption and thefts of Rama since he was prime minister. I will only remember some earlier moments.

As a reminder; Before Rama came, Tirana had at least 5 main cinemas. Today they have all turned into towers.

And the most typical story that clearly shows what a thief and manipulator Rama is for the interests of his pocket, is that of the "Republika" cinema.

The old owners were ready to privatize it, while Nano made Rama the minister of culture. Go back in time and remember what a monstrous fight Rama did not to allow such a thing with the argument of protecting culture and cinemas as part of it. In every public appearance, this was his first word. The reason was quickly learned, the "Republic" cinema was given for business to one of the businessmen close to him, who called it "Millenium". At that time, when people had not yet recognized the thief hiding under the artist's cloak, there were those who truly believed that his battle was for the protection of cultural objects.

Just one year later, Rama stole the first mandate of the municipality of Tirana and without blushing completely changed his rhetoric on the same issue. From "protector of culture" he was transformed into a fighter for the rights of owners. During the day, just as he released all the batteries to "argue" how necessary it was for the "Republika" (Millenium) cinema not to change its destination, he released all the batteries to argue the complete opposite. Very soon, with his signature, the destination was changed and the cinema turned into a tower!

What changed? It was just Rama's pocket interest that changed. When he was the minister of culture, he needed the cinemas because he had them under his control. When he became mayor, he needed towers and palaces.

Together with the "Republika" cinema, all other cinemas disappeared, including the "17 November" cinema, which was the oldest cinema in Tirana. All returned to the towers.

Why? Because that's how the mystery pocket needed 20%.

They found 200 thousand euros in Jamarbër Malltez's bank account.

For Edvin Rama, in the OSCE report from 10 years ago, it was stated that "Rama owns a fortune of 200 million euros". This while declaring only 3-4 thousand euros...

Three times Rama has publicly changed his statement about the source of financing the villa-palace-bunker in Surrel; once from the income of immigration, then from the sales of "Kurban" and again after that from the income of the wife!!! He openly cheated on the purchase price of the plot!

Has anyone even investigated these (without going into the scandals of the time he was prime minister)? Never despite all the denunciations made by the opposition.

And you ask us to believe that this is the independent justice that is putting an end to impunity?!

Justice that, even when Rama signs (as in the case of the "Partizani" complex), Berisha is under investigation!!!
