The Chairman of the Democratic Party, in a statement to the media, revealed that the amount that the DP-ASHM paid for Chris LaCivita's consultancy in the May 11 campaign was 14-15 times smaller than what was reported in the media.

Berisha said that a campaign like never before was organized and that the LaCivita team was not responsible for the loss and the establishment of what the leading democrat referred to as Edi Rama's dictatorship.

"First, you and every Albanian learned yesterday that the figure paid was 14 times smaller than what Edi Rama and his fraud machine announced.
If you go to March of this year, you will find figures of 22 million and so on.
And you saw, and Albanians saw, that this figure was not 10, but 15 times lower.
So, the balloon of their scandal was deflated and they were left with the fraud in their hands.
The LaCivita team, without a doubt the most serious team in the world, with the most extraordinary experience.
But, and did the best they could. They provided extremely valuable help.
They organized a campaign that Albanians had never seen before.
But their team was not responsible for the authoritarian dictatorship established in Albania by Edi Rama."

Berisha said that there is a farce in Albania and therefore the battle will continue because Edi Rama's victory is a sham.

That is why the battle continues, this is an ongoing battle.
There was a solemn oath of ours, we will defend the vote and we have defended the vote in our own way.
We are not guerrillas, we do not defend it with weapons, we are a democratic party, our methods are peaceful.
I express my gratitude to the US government for not congratulating Edi Rama, as his victory is a sham. The elections were not free and fair. It is up to the citizens now to speak.
I absolutely have the most boundless confidence that the Albanians will speak", declared Berisha./ CNA
