Democratic Party MP Eno Bozdo has shared on social media a portion of his speech at the Economy and Finance Committee on the Government's Normative Act on the inspection of territory and unauthorized construction.

Bozdo says this normative act shows the government's failure to control the territory. Among other things, he adds that Prime Minister Edi Rama is taking away the powers of local government, according to him, violating the Constitution.

Today I debated in the Economy and Finance Committee, on the Government's Normative Act on the inspection of territory and unauthorized construction.

This Normative Act:

1. It demonstrates the government's spectacular failure to control the territory,

2. It proves that the inspection bodies, the State Police and the local government were corrupted and corrupted for electoral purposes,

2. It proves that in exchange for the vote on May 11, illegal construction was allowed and even encouraged, and today we are in this completely unacceptable situation,

3. It proves that Edi Rama is taking all powers from the Local Government, violating the Constitution on the separation of powers and the autonomy of local government!
