With 8 for and 2 against/ The draft law on gender equality passes with the votes

This Tuesday, the Committee on Europe and Foreign Affairs approved the draft law "On Gender Equality".

The approval was made by majority vote. There were 8 votes in favor and 2 against this draft law.

The draft law was the first item on the agenda for this committee. Discussions between the opposition and the majority also took place during the session.

With this step, the draft law passes to the Assembly for discussion and approval.

During today's session, the Committee approved with 9 votes in favor and none against the draft law "On some amendments and additions to law no. 8378, dated 22.7.1998, "Road Code of the Republic of Albania", as amended. /CNA
