Topalli: The state budget without a fiscal package is just a political

Democratic Party MP, Jozefina Topalli, has reacted on social media regarding the state budget, which she says without the fiscal package is a political statement and not an economic document.

Topalli says that the government has presented the budget without first bringing the fiscal package, while emphasizing that this is a violation of the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly and the Chapter on Public Finances of the Constitution. She emphasizes that the Constitution clearly states that there can be no expenditure without a legitimate source of revenue.

The MP adds that if this budget is approved without a fiscal package, the Assembly will remain only the government's notary.

If a first-year economics student did this, he would fail the exam; if the government does it, it calls it reform.
