Salijanj/Paloka Meetings: When the enemy cheers and applauds, look around once

Democratic Party MP Edi Paloka spoke about Ervin Salianji's meeting in Durrës. In a television appearance, Paloka said that the time and manner chosen by Salianji to do this were not appropriate for the DP.

He also added that when the enemy applauds, you should look around, as according to him this means that something is wrong.

"I followed the Durrës meeting a little because I was curious about what would be offered, and since I was the district leader there in 2021. Within the party I have 2 choices, when you are not heard, you will either take a step back or you will fight to be heard. I have mostly done the first, I have not been very aggressive.

There should be no cracks within the DP, but I will wait another week because I expect changes during this week. If you put your own interests and ambitions ahead and exploit a situation that is not the best for the DP to benefit personally, this certainly has no value and no good for the party.

From the way and time chosen to make this move, I do not think it is appropriate. Even to the most "naive" young people who may really have passion, I wanted to tell them, one principle is enough: "When the enemy cheers and applauds, look around once".
