Berisha "slaps" Salianja and Alimehmet: I would not give luxury and

DP leader Sali Berisha told the media that he had received Ilir Alimehmet in his office after the latter had asked him to meet after the alliance with Ervin Salianji.

Berisha emphasized that the meeting took place and he made it known that he had publicly stated that he would not, for any purpose, provide luxuries or materials to Prime Minister Edi Rama against the OSCE-ODIHR report.

He stressed that he is not impressed by any kind of meeting. Those who choose privation should continue their work, Berisha said.

"No meeting impresses me. Every voice within the forum will be heard. This is the principle for every political force. Those who choose the private sector should choose the private sector and continue their work. I waited for Ilir Alimehmet, he requested a meeting, Salianji did not request it. He did not bring a platform. We had a conversation and I told him what I told you, that we have a statute, we have the will of the democrats.

"But let everyone know that for no purpose whatsoever, I would not give Edi Rama the luxury, I would not give him materials against the OSCE-ODIHR report. I would never do it," Berisha declared./ CNA
