Sot samiti BE-Ballkani Perëndimor në Bruksel, Greqia kërcënon me veto Shqipërinë

Sot, më 13 dhjetor do të zhvillohet në Bruksel   samiti i radhës BE-Ballkani Perëndimor, ku do të diskutohet për integrimin e Shqipërisë. 

Nga 27 vendet e BE-së, Greqia është i vetmi shtet që nuk ka firmosur dokumentin e përbashkët për hapjen e pesë kapitujve themelorë të negociatave, duke kërkuar fillimisht betimin e Fredi Belerit si kryetar bashkie të Himarës. Por GJKKO në një vendim të marrë këtë të hënë (11 dhjetor) hodhi poshtë kërkesën e Belerit për t’i dhënë leje që të Betetohej, duke e konsideruar të pabazuar në ligj. 

Ndërkohë media greke Kathimeri raporton duke cituar burime diplomatike nga Brukseli thotë se "kanë konfirmuar lëvizjet e pritshme të qeverisë së Athinës, e cila nuk do të dakordësohet në vijimin e progresit të Shqipërisë në procesin e anëtarësimit".
