The former deputy and member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party, Belind Kelliçi, has today published another document about the Tirana incinerator.

Kelliçi published a letter of the former Minister of the Environment, Lefter Koka, dated November 7, 2016, addressed to 5 ministers, where the relation for the bonus of 8 points is presented.
