Former prime minister Sali Berisha says that even if he is in a cell, he will find a way to lead the Democratic Party and communicate with the democrats and citizens.
Berisha said in an interview for "Opinion" that in any situation he will be the leader who will lead the largest opposition party in the country to victory.
