Prime Minister Edi Rama is in Kosovo, where he held a meeting with President Vjosa Osmani and Speaker Glauk Konjufca.

But the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has refused a meeting with Rama and until now it is not known if they will sit at the table.

However, the head of the government has made it clear this afternoon that he will not meet with Kurt.
