Rama in Kosovo/ Albin Kurti holds a meeting with the British ambassador

Prime Minister Edi Rama is on an official visit to Kosovo, but his counterpart Albin Kurti refused the meeting between them.

So far, there is still no announcement if a Rama-Kurti meeting will take place.

But this afternoon, as the head of the Albanian government held meetings with the president Vjosa Osmani and the Speaker of the Parliament Glauk Konjufca, the Prime Minister of Kosovo received in his office the ambassador of the United Kingdom in Kosovo, Nicholas Abbott.

In a statement by the Prime Minister of Kosovo, it is said that part of the discussion was bilateral relations and Kosovo-Serbia developments.

"After the meeting that on June 26 the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, held with the Secretary for Foreign Affairs of the United Kingdom, James Cleverly in London, today he received the Ambassador of the United Kingdom, Nicholas Abbott. Bilateral relations, the visit to London and the meeting between Prime Minister Kurti and Secretary Cleverly, as well as the developments in the country were part of the discussion at this meeting", it is emphasized in the announcement./ CNA.al
