Prime Minister Edi Rama arrived this afternoon at Pristina airport.
Rama was received at the airport only by the ambassador of Albania in Kosovo, Qemal Minxhozi.
The Prime Minister went to the office of the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osman. Afterwards, he is expected to meet the Speaker of the Assembly, Glauk Konjufca.
This visit of Rama to Pristina is taking place as part of the Balkan tour. It was planned for the head of the government to meet with his counterpart, Albin Kurti, but the latter refused.
The meetings in Kosovo come at a time of conflict between Belgrade and Pristina, where Rama intervened with a proposal.
The head of the Albanian government has put forward the idea of ??an international conference for Kosovo and Serbia, as a solution to the tensions between the two states, a proposal that was rejected by Albin Kurti./ CNA.al
