Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has spoken about the Felaj tribe at the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, where the fourth member of the family, the sister of the socialist deputy, Ermonela Felaj, was appointed only a day ago.

In an interview with Marsela Karapançon, the lawyer said that all members of the MP's family should resign or be fired.

This is because, according to him, the law does not allow persons of the same tribe to be appointed to the court.

He emphasized that the SPAK should take the matter in hand and a commission should be set up to investigate the decisions made by Felaj's family members, as he suspected that they could carry out "strikes" against political enemies.

"There is only one solution, they must resign or be fired. And the one who hired them should bear in mind that he should be fired, familiarity is not allowed in judicial bodies. Not allowed in tribal court. It is absolutely forbidden. It is not allowed because it is a criminal strike and with a criminal strike you can hit all your political enemies.

Since they were caught, they must resign. Either they will resign, or a commission will be set up to look at what they have done with the criminal processes. They should go and see these family members, what benefits they have received, what benefits they have given.
