The Minister of Justice Ulsi Manja has stated in the Parliament that the SP has laid the foundations of the reform in Justice in cooperation with the EU and the USA.
He admitted that not everything goes smoothly in justice, saying that time requires concrete results and high standards of guaranteeing Constitutional rights and Human Rights.
"SP has laid the foundations of justice reform. In this reform, we are in cooperation with the EU and the USA. The goal of the justice reform has been and remains the restoration of trust in the new justice system. Veting was the right remedy to clean it from corrupt magistrates.
The government has provided budgetary support for the new bodies of Justice. Thanks to this reform, we have not only opened the negotiations for the EU.
We do not say that everything goes well. It is the turn of the institutions to give justice to the citizens.
Time demands concrete results and high standards of guaranteeing Constitutional rights and human rights", said Manja./ CNA
