The "earthquake" of file 184: Justice is delayed, often it is not what it should be

Damian Gjiknuri, known as the earthquake of file 184, has admitted that justice has problems.

During his speech in the Assembly, Gjiknuri stated that it is often delayed and is not what it should be, mentioning the lack of judges and prosecutors.

He also said that there are concerns in the school of magistracy, where he says that not everyone should enter and leave that school, but they should also stay.

"Justice is delayed, often it is not what it should be, there is a lack of judges, there is a lack of prosecutors, there is a lack of human preparation, there are also concerns in the magistracy school that I personally do not know what a school is when everyone enters and leaves , how many should be left, this is something we have to kill our minds", said Gjiknuri./ CNA
