But today Prime Minister Edi Rama, during a meeting with the residents in Himare, where he distributed ownership certificates, said that no oligarch has taken property without the approval of the owners in this area. 

"This issue has to do with registration, since the law has not been accepted and many changes have been made with AMTP that you know better than I. This has also hindered the houses that have been there and here an addition has been added as if this is done for to take the properties of the citizens of Himara to give them to the oligarchs. You know better than I that not a single square meter has been taken from an heir and given to someone else another situation, that owners who you know well who they are have appeared and have put the citizens in front of a choice to agree to sell their property otherwise, this is a very big lie", said Rama./ CNA
