Because you really see that he arrests directors by order of Edi Rama, issues arrest warrants for ministers, but you must remember well that in the years 2005-2013, by law, no minister, not even the prime minister, could ever deal with public procurement.

The law was as clear as it should be. Therefore, from 2013 to today, Edi Rama has not left a contract without review. He has not left a tender without analysis, a decision without review with his gangs and he has found zero, zero, zero among the ministers.

My friends, I told you this not to mislead the citizens. But I do not say that there was no corruption. Of course there was, but there were strong scissors of the law against him. Those I mentioned above, Duman knew he had to do the job.
