The General Secretary of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, made strong accusations this evening against SPAK and the head of this institution, Altin Dumani.

Noka said on Alba Alishan's "Debat" show that SPAK and Dumani are being used by the government for the 2025 parliamentary elections.

According to him, the majority is using them to put pressure on criminal groups, to buy the elections.

"Altin Dumani is a person, he is the political head of an organization that covers government crimes and attacks the opposition. Why didn't anyone escape when we were in power, we were putting them in front of bars, such as Aldo Bare, because we weren't caught and we didn't use any gang to come to power. This is the same as the "Forca e Lagiti" operation, all organized crime cases were opened, no arrests were made and no property was confiscated, why? Because they contacted them, they turned them into electoral headquarters, and used them against the opposition to buy votes. They were announced individually by the state, and today you don't have them in Albania. The operation is a warning, that if you don't do everything for the next elections, it's your turn.
