Rama skeptical about the migrant deal: Italian bureaucracy and EU rules are a problem

Prime Minister Edi Rama in an interview with the Italian media "La Republica", regarding the postponement of the opening of reception centers for immigrants in Gjadër and Shengjin, said that this already belongs to the Italian state.

"All things are only Italian. Albania offered availability and land, but nothing more", said Prime Minister Edi Rama. 

Rama expresses skepticism about the policies that will be followed by the EU and Italy for the longevity and operation of these two camps.

“My friend, the center will be ready in a few months anyway, this is nothing. But the problem will be its operation. And it will be very difficult for the procedures: how will 3,000 people be managed in 28 days with the Italian bureaucracy and European rules?", he said./ CNA
