The anti-corruption spokeswoman in DP, Genta Vangjeli, denounced from the blue headquarters that ARRSH has turned into a den of corruption.

According to her, in this institution the winners of procurement procedures for public works are predetermined.

She called on employees not to sign illegal documents.

As if the fact that the Albanian Road Authority has already turned into a den of rampant corruption was not enough,

as if the fact that its former director was not enough, is behind bars,

ARRSH continues with the old trick of robbing public funds.

These days, the winners of the competitions for some procurement procedures for civil works are expected to be announced.

Complaints about mandatory announcement of winners related to these procedures have arrived at our address.

The whistleblowers of this affair clearly showed us the names of the subjects who are expected to be declared winners, and for which the members of the Bid Evaluation Committee are being blackmailed by their superiors to declare these operators the winners.

Specifically for the procedures whose bids were opened on May 8, 2024, with the object:

1. Construction of the Berat - Ballaban road, the entity that is expected to be declared the winner has the initials "C' shpk;

2. The expansion of the Ksamil road, the subject that is expected to be declared the winner with the initials "A. C". KPS

3. Reconstruction of the old road Kombinat - Ndroq - Plepa, the subject that is expected to be officially declared the winner with the initials "P". ……ltd

All winning bids will be with a little difference from the limit fund or about 97% to 99% of the fl.
