There are registration problems and conflicts between residents and members of a family and this causes that. Therefore, properties are often sold here for 2 or more times. I speak with facts, not fantasy. I know him so well. Each of you knows his part, I know the part of all. In a row (There is interference from residents). I repeat, the domestic claims are endless here, 'it's you or me'. This is due to the lack of registration. We have repeatedly called for applications. Even these 437 documents, certificates, that we have here today, plus some others that are ready, but are not here, there are 4 thousand to be done. They were done on impulse, with the host, thanks to the support of the prefect that I asked for from the first day. I told him: you will be the prefect of Vlora, but you will have the task of giving ownership certificates to the residents of Himara. The papers must be done properly so that no one will contest them tomorrow. I know this area well, I know it, it's in my blood, I know all the stories. You can talk as much as you want with someone who comes from Durrës and you don't know what is going on. I also know conflicts within families. Myself and my late, we have never asked for anything.
