"The government is afraid of the opposition's words"/ Berisha:

Democratic Party Chairman Sali Berisha, from the protest podium, accused the government and Prime Minister Rama of obstructing the normal development of the debate in the Assembly. Berisha listed the sessions where the majority rejected the opposition's requests for interpellation and the Parliamentary Investigative Committees.

"The government is afraid of the opposition's words, so they chose to impose darkness and blockade. In 10 parliamentary sessions, the opposition was only allowed to debate in one. The government, composed of individuals closely linked to crime, was voted in within minutes."

The request for an election commission was rejected in 10 sessions, which were proven to be a farce by internationals.

The McGonigal Inquiry Commission was dismissed, the interpellation with the Minister of Health was rejected. The reason for the interpellation was not to vote on it, and two days later, Edi Rama, with extreme cynicism, told Albanians that the sick are left without medication, that there are too many of them and they have run out of money.

Of course there was money, and not as much as they asked for, but much more, but Edi Rama used the money to deliver it to Offshore, to transport it by plane, to build the Garden of Eden.

"Rama uses the money to buy cars, bottles of wine worth 34 thousand euros," Berisha said./ CNA
